The Race Of The Holy Trinity Hypercars – Track Shootout of McLaren P1, Ferrari LaFerrari and Porsche 918 Spyder
Just a week back the world saw a yet another terrible accident involving Porsche 918 Spyder crashing into public That happenstance took place when supercar lover Paul Bailey was giving a ride during charity fund raiser and was driving down on the runway strip at a remote airport in Malta. His Porsche 928 Spyder slipped off the grass and veered into the public stand hurting many bystanders.
Paul Bailey himself sustained injuries and many other spectators got hurt however no one got fatally injured. May God bless us all, Amen. Just before this accident took place, Paul Bailey and his team decided to recorded the speed battle that motoring aficionados were awaiting for long to happen. The British Touring Car Championship – driver Mat Jackson was behind the wheel.
I am Paul Bailey, owner of the holy trinity. The Ferrari LaFerrari, McLaren P1 and Porsche 918. Today we’re here at Silverstone and with Mat Jackson, who is the British Touring Car driver. And Mat would be taking the cars out around the circuit. We’re going to do what everyone else has said they’re going to do but they’ve never achieved it.
This was suppose to be a three-part exercise. The next stop was suppose to be Santa Pod drag strip, USA. With the Porsche 918 Spyder disaster at Malta in-between, the realization would be anybody’s guess. So here’s the video…
